You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for an exchange or a full refund of the price you paid for the item), provided you comply with the conditions listed below. But I've found it moves and becomes loose and as there's nothing at the bed head to support my mattress, it dips into the gap that forms and makes the mattress unevenly supported. I have to readjust it every day which is quite frustrating and wake up with my mattress dipping. I know it's not the mattress because it's brand new and once it's readjusted it returns to normal. I also slept on the mattress on the floor initially and never had these problems then. It could be a faulty frame but I think it's the design - lacking support near the bedhesd"
